Beth Hayward is an experienced writer, facilitator
and director
of management training programmes and corporate events.
She has been working in the field since 1992.
In 1984 Beth gained an honours degree in Performing Arts and worked as a professional
actor for 19 years with a busy and diverse career. Beth has worked as an Actor/Facilitator
for a client list,
which includes, The Home Office , Allied Domeq , Royal Mail
and Whitbread.
She has directed projects for Chesterton , The Dept of Health, Warburg Dillon
Reid and Channel Magazine .
She has researched and written training programmes and plays
for The Dept of Culture, Media and Sport , The Industry and Parliament Trust,
Planned Maintenance Engineering and Stanier Associates amongst others, and has
also written a Conflict Management programme for general use. Beth
is regularly commissioned by Tesco UK to write bespoke comedy sketches and poems.
Beth met her co-founder of Entertaining Training Ltd, Amanda Humphrey, back in
1995. Since then they have written and created many development programmes and
team-building events. |

| AMANDA HUMPHREY |

Amanda graduated from The Birmingham School of Speech Training
and Dramatic Art in 1985 and has worked as a professional actress
on stage and television ever since.
Her favourite theatrical roles include Rita in Educating Rita and the title role
in Shirley Valentine. She played Karen Dalton, the deputy headmistress, in
Channel 4's Brookside for several years and most recently completed two series
of Channel 5's Billie - Girl Of The Future.
In 1991 Amanda founded As You Like It Productions, a successful corporate entertainment
company specialising in tailor-made entertainment and team building.
She has created and produced hundreds of events since then
and her clients include Accenture, Barclays, BBC, Coca Cola,
Dell, Energis, Masterfoods, O2, Price Waterhouse Coopers & Scottish Life
amongst many others! Amanda met her co-founder
of Entertaining Training Ltd, Beth Hayward, in 1995 and realised
the need to offer innovative and effective development and training programmes
for the corporate sector.
She is enjoying the challenge of managing two successful companies and also working
in her role of event producer. |

| MARY LOUISE CLARK -

Since graduating from Cambridge University with a B.Ed. (Hons),
Mary- Louise has worked extensively as an actor, vocal coach, corporate
trainer and facilitator. As an actor she has appeared
with the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre
and continues to use her acting skills as a role player for
business training.
Mary-Louise has developed her expertise as a performer and
coach to form the basis of her approach to Personal Impact coaching.
Her unique combination of skills and experience coupled with
a qualification in education, enable her
to provide specialist communication skills training for business
people in order to develop and extend their own personal style.
Drawing on the skills and techniques utilised by theatre professionals,
her highly experiential group courses encourage participants
to look at how an individual can positively influence the way
they are perceived. The courses include an exploration of the
way posture, voice, gesture and message inter-relate, offering
practical tips on calming nerves, handling question and answer
sessions, dealing with hostile audiences and presentation structure
and content.
As a coach, trainer and facilitator she has worked with the
London Development Agency, Ofsted, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Her
Majesty's Customs and Revenue, Department of Culture, Media and
Sport, Cadburys Schweppes, BBC, The Department of Trade & Industry,
Department of Health, Beazley and iLab .
Since 2003 Mary-Louise has been part of the freelance facilitation
team for futurefocus designing and delivering policy and strategy
events within this neutral envisioning centre based at the
department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.
Mary-Louise also runs team-building events including the very
popular African Chant Challenge. |

Julia has been a professional actress for 20 years and has
extensive experience in TV, Theatre, Radio and Film. She is a
highly experienced trainer, voice coach and theatre practitioner.
She studied acting at the Drama Centre London and has a BA in
English. In addition to her acting experience, Julia has been
delivering training for over eight years and has designed and
delivered numerous presentation skills and communication skills
courses for a wide variety of companies throughout the UK and
Europe. She brings with her a creative yet highly pragmatic approach
to all her training. With her background in acting, Julia can
offer a whole variety of theatrical skills that can be transferred
into the corporate world, specialising in attitude change, motivation
and communication.
Her training sessions bring both confidence
and solid practical guidance to participants, whether in
a group or on a one-to-one basis.
As a business communication skills trainer, Julia now works
with leading companies, coaching in the areas of presentation
skills, drama, voice and movement.
She has worked with British Telecom, Bird's Eye, Friends Provident, Gillette,
NHS, Channel 5, Marks Spencer, Unilever, and Dyson. Christie's The Auctioneer
and Lloyds TSB. |

| AMY BAYLESS -

Amy graduated from The Academy of Live and Recorded
Arts London in 1998 with a Diploma in Acting.
Since then she has worked as a professional actress in both
Television and Theatre. Some of her television credits include
appearances in The Bill
Thames TV, Casualty BBC, Inspector Lynley BBC, Roger Roger BBC, Hearts and
Bones BBC.
She has also been the face of some leading
brands for Television commercials
such as Acuvue Contact Lenses and more recently Lenor Fabric
Softner.
Amy has also played leading roles in Theatre touring
to
No 1 and
Repertory Theatres all over the UK, productions
include Look
Back in Anger,
The Country Wife, Oleanna and
several Pantomimes.
Her experience in the corporate world has been extensive over
the last eight
years working for As You Like Productions and more recently
Entertaining Training. She is not only a highly experienced
Event Co-ordinator with superb organisational skills but also
an accomplished performer within the corporate entertainment
industry. |

| NICK GOUGH -

Nick has worked in the corporate entertainment industry for
over
16 years. He writes and performs game shows, award ceremonies,
murder mysteries, film days, treasure hunts etc, as well as hosting
conferences, product launches and team-building events. Nick
specializes in adapting events directly to the company he is
performing for. His hilarious opening routines refer to many
of the audience members. He is a superb ad-libber and improviser
and with tongue-in-cheek humour and an ever-present twinkle in
his eye,
Nick's audiences always leave on a high. He hosted a
fast-moving football related
game show called 'Fever Pitch' for Barclays Bank , which, as part of their
national conference, was seen by 3,500 people over 4 days.
Nick played 'Inspector
Foot' in a high profile Murder Mystery event
for SEAT cars as part
of their nationwide press launch for the new Leon Cupra hatchback.
For two years running he hosted the Emap Publishing National Angling Awards to
great critical acclaim. More recently he wrote and hosted a Treasure
Hunt for McKinsey & Co, a Film Day for British American Tobacco and
a Murder Mystery at The London Aquarium for PricewaterhouseCoopers called 'Murder
at the Bottom of the Sea'! |
