Theatre is a safe way of experiencing new exciting, dangerous, and wonderful situations.

We can all love Romeo, murder Caesar or rule Egypt, from the comfort of a tip
back seat, whilst clutching a gin and tonic.

This approach has obvious applications for the business environment
(minus the gin and tonic).

We write a play for you to introduce ideas, concepts, behaviours and personalities
in a mirror world: a world close enough to your organisation to be recognisable but
not so close that people feel defensive. We hold the mirror up to conduct a detailed examination without the need to embarrass or criticise.

We invite participants to make up their own minds about what they observe and
to share those observations with others.

We then capture the observations and look for ways to apply the learning back
in the workplace.
